Here at Mightyfine Websites we fully appreciate the importance of brand and product image. We work closely with suppliers to ensure they are completely satisfied with any use of their Corporate branding on our websites and that their products are presented in a manner befitting the product image.

Our customer service is of the highest quality. We consider our service is of key importance to building a healthy and long lasting relationship with our customers, which in turn benefits our suppliers and their product reputation. We aim to reply to all email enquiries within 4 working hours and offer telephone support from 9am to 5.30pm. Our staff have excellent product knowledge and always try to assist customers in any reasonable way possible.

We aim to increase product sales and not simply take existing sales from other retailers. We are able to cross-sell products using our quarterly email promotions to our customer base, developed across our entire portfolio of websites. The one product requirement we know all of our customers have in common is quality, and as a trusted seller, they are confident to re-order from us time and time again.

We believe it is in the interests of both ourselves and our suppliers to maintain a retail price that represents excellent value to the consumer while achieving an acceptable profit margin for the seller. Although we do offer discounts from time to time, we are opposed to heavy and sustained discounting as we believe it is damaging to the product image, damaging to other retailers and ultimately damaging to the seller offering the discounts. We fully respect and adhere to supplier internet and pricing policies.

We ask suppliers to provide us with good quality product images, to inform us early of any intended product launches, and to make us aware of any stock shortages that may result in our orders being delayed.
